Is the venue easily accessible to those attending?

Yes the venue has easy access.  If you need to unload equipment you can drive to the front door and unload.  We have a large carpark with ample parking for guests.

Do you provide refreshments?

Yes we have in house catering.  We have a standard menu you can select from, or we can put together a menu to meet your budget and requirements.

Are any extras such as equipment available?

We have a data projector, screen and subject to advance notice we have a lap top available for use. Microphones , one roving one.  We have unlimited wifi access (passwords supplied on the day).

How flexible are we with change to the date? 

It happens from time to time and subject to availability we are happy to move your date.  This is subject to our terms and conditions policy and can be discussed with our functions manager.

Is there a staff member dedicated to our function if we need assistance?

Our functions manager oversees all functions and events and is available.

Dietary requirements

We are able to cater for all dietary requirements.  These need to be supplied prior to the event for catering purposes.  In the event of a guest informing us of a dietary requirement on the day of the event we will do our best to accommodate. 

Climate controlled

All our rooms have heating and cooling.

Access for disabled people:

Easy access for disabled guests is through our main entrance.

No hidden costs

We have no hidden costs.  All costs are spoken about and confirmed with the event orgainser prior to the function.  If a request comes through on the day from a guest this will also be discussed.

Payments required/deposit

We require the room hire to be paid on confirmation of the booking as a deposit.  An invoice is then sent out after your event which needs to be paid within our terms and conditions.
